Hello and thanks for taking time to provide a very brief and concise review of your time with us. Your review does highlight a few things — firstly, as much as we'd love to have a strong presence across the globe, we unfortunately don't operate in Japan, and hence have no sales reps based there. You're correct in regards that we do actively seek out and hire only the best people. TSP engineers are vetted professionals with talent, insight, and innovation in their specific fields — we value top technical expertise and only hire the best and brightest, putting our clients first and hiring the best people to ensure things get done right. With that said, some open positions have very stringent requirements because the work demands it. We hire for character and train for skill. Our TSP Boot Camp can get anyone who's shy of the breadth of knowledge needed for any specific job trained properly and relatively quickly.
