Thanks for taking the time to provide us, and the Glassdoor community at large your concise feedback of your time spent with us. When we receive negative feedback, we don’t dismiss it — to us, it’s constructive criticism, we look for growth in opportunities like this. Every company can and should be working on diversity and inclusion initiatives. We all have to do more. As a certified minority-owned business, TSP believes that our employees' diverse backgrounds and viewpoints make us stronger. The best and the brightest work with us, and we strive for every employee to have a sense of belonging. Our vision statement ends with the line, “…honoring their employees and investing time and money in the communities where they live, work and play.” These aren't just words on posters or on our website. As an organization, we are committed to working on what the company and our employees should do to be a better ally to the minority community. We are so proud to recently be included in Texas Black Careers’ Top 10 Most Diverse Companies To Work For In Dallas, TX list — in fact, we ranked number one on this list of prestigious and diverse Dallas employers. We also regularly support, both monetarily and with our time, nonprofits like Readers 2 Leaders (R2L) who develop and grow the reading skills of underserved Dallas children ages 3-12 so that they succeed in school and graduate prepared to live productive lives. R2L has been building its library of books featuring people of color being in the world, in addition to being featured in historical contexts. This past Juneteenth, TSP bought every library book they requested and donated it to their library. These two examples aren't simply accomplishments for TSP to hang its hat on, it’s symbolic of an ever-expanding perspective on how we, as a company, can better the communities where we live, work and play. We wish you luck and personal growth in your future endeavors.
