Pros

I've dealt with TSP as a customer and was never let down. Always professional, always on time, always follow through. Now that I'm a TSP employee, I hope I can keep their legacy going by demonstrating good ethics, integrity and professionalism and of course, delivering great customer experience.

Cons

During COVID we've all had to adapt to being at home - sometimes nice to see faces.

Hello and thanks for providing both us, as well as the Glassdoor community, some brief insights into your time with us. You listed a handful of pros that we pride ourselves on and consistently hear positive things on — our competitive insurance and our open vacation to name two. Contract positions are inherently contract by nature — they do have expiration dates. With that said, we value top technical expertise and we only hire the best and brightest — we put clients first and hire the best people to make sure things get done right. It's not always the case, but there are some instances in which there's simply no extension on a contract provided by the client — the work was simply completed. We wish you all the best in whatever comes next on your journey — thank you for being one of our #TSProckstars.
