Quick and decisive interview process. Interviewed with Talent Management on a Wednesday, interviewed with the hiring managers on Friday, interviewed with hiring managers and client on Monday morning, job offer by Monday afternoon. Started 2 1/2 weeks later once background check and drug screen completed. My first week has been awesome. My manager is very knowledgeable, informative and available to me. My manager is very personable and all around good person. Everyone I have met thus far are professional and very accommodating. Caught In The Act recognition awards. Open PTO
Cons
I heard from people that raises are far and few between. Would be nice to see a formalized performance review and merit increase process implemented. Would like to see a better 401K plan.
