We're happy to hear about your positive experiences at the company — we do try our best to provide the best perks and rewards for all of our employees. You bring up valid points that any employee should have about their tenure at any company — advancement and training. Advancement may not show itself on a daily basis as many of our clients and customers don't always have positions and advancement opportunities available. With that said, we do offer a number of training opportunities. Firstly, we have RockstarU — an online training platform that offers near-countless free opportunities for all employees to access at any time. We also have invested into a training center to offer a hands-on training for employees who need specific training on a number of numerous different machines and platforms. We hear you with the "on-call" — but like you mentioned, some jobs it simply comes with the territory. However, if you ever find yourself in a pattern of never being able to draw a clear distinction between your work and personal life, please have a conversation with your manager — being on-call should never interfere or inhibit any part of our employees' lives.
