Howdy! We definitely appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write a review about your experience working at TSP. WOW - "more than 5 years" thanks for the vote of confidence and for all your contributions to our success. We're very happy to hear that you not only hear, but also see the importance we try to place on work/life balance. We sometimes like to think of it more nowadays as work/life integration. It seems like the separateness or a work life and a personal life doesn't really exist anymore and the really successful people figure out how to integrate the two. It's all about being your true-self whether you are at home or at work. I absolutely hear you on bringing field employees to the office. Our geographic spread (42 states) with one corporate office definitely makes inclusion and championing our company culture a major challenge. It's something we have to continually work on. Over the past few years, we've tried to leverage technology, communication strategies and social media to help bridge that gap, but we've got some work left to do and are committed to it.
