Pros

There are a ton of pros to working for TSP: -People truly care for your success -Productive work environment -Friendly staff / co-workers -Your opinion is always valued -Conducive team building activities / meetings on a weekly basis

Cons

There are a few small cons to working at TSP but none I was unaware of prior to coming to work for the company. -Starting pay is average to slightly below average compared to other positions in the area -Long hours That's really all there is at this point...again nothing I was unaware of or that scared me away from an opportunity with this great company.

Awesome...thanks for the great feedback and thanks for joining our team! We're glad to date you have had such a great experience. Please make sure you keep us honest and keep the feedback coming by participating in our biweekly pulse surveys that go out to all employees. You mention IT training opportunities and I wanted to make sure that you were aware of Rockstar U - our TSP branded online training center. You can access this from our CSC homepage and take any number of online trainings at any time. Everything from Photoshop skills, public speaking tips and tons of IT certification prep courses are available in Rockstar U. We are constantly updating the course catalogue in Rockstar U, so if you don't see something let us know and we can see what we could do. Thanks again for taking time out of your day to provide feedback and keep up the great work!

Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with TSP. We're glad you have had a positive experience and that you feel every move you make is fully supported. Operating in 42 different states with one headquarters is definitely a challenge with employee engagement and something we are constantly working on. I hope you are taking advantage of the biweekly pulse surveys to provide regular feedback on what's working and what isn't. I also hope you enjoy our internal news feed on CSC so you can keep up with company happenings, events and news. Finally, definitely don't miss the All Hands Updates where you can join with employees from around the country to hear directly from our CEO and co-founder and other leaders of the company. Thanks again for writing a review and keep up the great work!

Pros

Flexible work schedule, with excellent work/life balance, that is encouraged. Mutual respect and appreciation from executive management and individual contributors.

Cons

I would like to see the company bring field employees to the corporate office for a visit, so we could do our best to provide them with a sense of inclusivness

Howdy! We definitely appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write a review about your experience working at TSP. WOW - "more than 5 years" thanks for the vote of confidence and for all your contributions to our success. We're very happy to hear that you not only hear, but also see the importance we try to place on work/life balance. We sometimes like to think of it more nowadays as work/life integration. It seems like the separateness or a work life and a personal life doesn't really exist anymore and the really successful people figure out how to integrate the two. It's all about being your true-self whether you are at home or at work. I absolutely hear you on bringing field employees to the office. Our geographic spread (42 states) with one corporate office definitely makes inclusion and championing our company culture a major challenge. It's something we have to continually work on. Over the past few years, we've tried to leverage technology, communication strategies and social media to help bridge that gap, but we've got some work left to do and are committed to it. Thanks again for the awesome review. Keep the feedback coming - we love it!
