Hello and thanks for taking a minute our of your day to provide us, as well as the Glassdoor community, your concise thoughts about your brief time with us. Your thoughts, as wide-ranging as they are, are somewhat difficult to address. While, yes, we absolutely do pay every employee to do the role they both applied for and accepted, it can be difficult to address and reconcile "everything" as you stated above. With respect to fudging on-call — if one is to take that as implied, yes, there are some roles within the company that do occasionally require some employees to be on-call. However, that is clearly laid out in the job description that those respective employees read, interviewed for, and accepted. But if we're going to take it as was most likely unintended, no, we can't fudge on-call. We do wish you the best in the future.
