Pros

There are no pros, they are non-transparent about your rate and how much of it they take (steal) from you.

Cons

Where to begin? Not a single paid day off unless you state legal requires them to pay for sick days. No paid time off, no paid holidays, everything comes out of your salary. The pay is EXTREMELY low by consulting standards and even after years they will not take es of your rate, they are the definition of greedy. Also, the insurance is horrible, it covers NOTHING. I spoke to my healthcare and dental billers who said the coverage was the worst they had ever seen. They pay the lowest reimbursement rate possible, a truly evil company.

Pros

Agency kept in touch and provided a good pay. My assignment was just a few weeks short of a year. Due to company changes nearly all contracts changed. As soon as agency TSR knew they reached out right away and started looking for new assignment.

Cons

position was a hybrid and only real issue I had was directions to where I was to go on the first day in office. Other than that assignment was good.

Remote work, not much else.

Cons

New employees will go to bad accounts, where they are expected to perform despite management knowing the account is a failure. Commission isn’t great. The work you have to put in to successfully recruit someone isn’t worth the money you will get out of it Typical upper management “pep talk” nonsense Overall business feels scummy and underhanded, but that seems like the industry as a whole.
