Pros

Amazing staff, kind diverse, intelligent, and helpful. Work is work but there are many fun traditions between coworkers and management alike that keep things interesting. Frequent bonuses in the form of Amazon or Visa Gift cards. Lots of positive and constructive feedback. If you're committed you can work entirely remote.

Cons

The recruiting industry is booming right now, there is a lot of opportunity to make sales and it can overwhelm you some days
