Great Company - Fantastic Work/Life Balance

Pros

Great work/life balance. The directors are fun/good people. Tom is a fantastic CEO/Leader. Full remote so that we can continue working during covid is a big plus.

Cons

Our healthcare premiums are very expensive. Commission % are below standard for agency work. I feel some people get preferential treatment like better accounts and better jobs.
