Absolutely great company to work for. They treat their employees and staff with the greatest of respect.

Pros

Great work life balance. They care about your happiness. Are always very flexible. They pay very well by industry standards. They are very loyal to their employees. You are never treated like just another person working there.

Cons

The company is small so it is not always capable of playing in the same market as some of the bigger companies in the market. This is the only con at the moment. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to have a career.
