Employees are amazing. Management is also good but sometimes makes decision which lead to loosing money

You have to always go to them to negotiate an offer. They will never come to you with a salary increment.

Pros

Major focus on Employee's satisfaction and they pay well. CEO and other Management work hard to make sure all Employees are happy and successful. Very understanding and accommodating for both Internal Employees and Consultants. The Employees are a pleasure to work with. They make it enjoyable to come to work (or meet remotely). They support a wide variety of clients and industries here, it makes the day-to-day workload interesting and not boring or tedious. Employees and Consultants work hard and are recognized for doing so by Management.

Cons

There are times of the year when business is slower, typically around the holidays and year end.

Pros

Account manager seems to be generally interested in what you have to say.

Cons

Not enough opportunities available. They don't work hard if you assignment ends and you are looking to move into another. They just wait until it ends which leaves you out until you pick something else up.
