Pros
- Gets involved with employees on a personal level. - Provides excellent service to customer base. - Both agents and management are allowed a great deal of autonomy with regard to local operations.
Cons
- Lack of an effective training system by which to train new employees (if you’re not capable of teaching yourself, good luck basically) -Little to no opportunities to grow skill set beyond current role. - Pay is absolutely horrible compared to other third party and first party risk assessment departments.
