Pros

Good and comfy atmosphere in my team, helping with documents (residential permit), good relocation program, huge company

Cons

Low salaries, no prospects for young employees, you can achieve all the goals/KPIs but they will never promote you until you reach a certain seniority for a certain position. Terrible management, you can go 3 months without any work/projects. Since it is a huge company, there are many useless resources that I have no idea what they do. Most people do not want to be responsible for their work
