Good for junior positions with no experience

Pros

They try and hire friendly, likeminded team members with diverse multiculturalism backgrounds

Cons

I worked there for a year and in this time we saw 3 managers come and go. Not to mention the turn over of staff was absurd but to top things off there were two whole teams both around 20 people made redundant. We also had our commission changed through out the year decreased by 2/3 and our job roles completely altered without any say.
