      Working from home is the only advantage you have, and also you can focus on doing just your job, you can forget about the rest after that.

      you do not have a real support from the company towards the clients and if they make changes that could affect you, they just let you go.

      no growth opportunities management is below zero you need to be friends with people to get somewhere no appreciation for hard work no feedback lonely work no support no support no explanation no training no thank you everyone is replacable, don't think you are something special
