Pros

Easy tasks - fun to learn on the go- no hard work/study/professional background required No dress code! Payment on time

Cons

- Schedule rotates and changes are not allowed after 15th of each month. Same goes with days off& vacation - HR has no policies & procedures for employees - Overtime is "required " on a regular basis - No finance department, so Payslips are sent from abroad with the likelyhood to be noticed and to be corrected by employees to be the current status quo🥴
