Incoming calls for Rodan & Fields customers. Biggest pro was receiving a free skin careQ quit products.
Cons
Team leads/Supervisors are literally like high schoolers It actually insulted my intelligence working there Management is a joke They are oblivious, unapproachable, biased and partial. Turnover is RIDICULOUS. They hire & fire every day. Every day. No warning, they skip write ups & go straight to terminate no employee support it's US against THEM environment. Oh. The pay sucks too. And if you are 1 minute late. Within one minute, actually, they dock you 15 min. No exceptions.
