TTEC is really bad at processing flows like a 1 folder has to go through 12 hands before anything gets done so work is very difficult to do quickly. IT is seriously lacking and engaging that department is disorganized and awful not everything needs a chat bot. I believe the biggest con is that facilities and overall security are lacking the building-HQ- was set for reconstruction of the first floor and employees were still required to attend within the building and safety precautions were not me overall an -F elevators were sketchy and did not feel safe.
