Pros
Benefits outside of compensation are great, wellness incentives, career development resources, end of year break (recharge week), positive culture among employees, work from anywhere mindset, high tenure in director level roles. Customer service representatives wont receive many of the benefits of a corporate role.
Cons
Many senior and C level leadership changes within the past 3 years, risk of layoffs is a concern, rapidly changing industry, operations is a very fast paced department.
