      HMO while not that much, can be used in several hospitals and laboratories Supportive leadership Non-toxic HR response is fast

      Cons

      Salary increase is very minimal Career advancement can be hard, resources are available but not structured Management response to employee issues can be slow (access to systems, tools, hardware support)
