Pros

Steady work if you like paying to stay there.

Cons

You earn your vacation time with your 100% reliability. When you leave after giving 2.5 week notice. They take your 50 hours of paid time off that you earned. They steal your flex pay that comes out of your pay check. ($800) with no reimbursement. Worked over 5 years with no raise. $12 an hour is a shameful raise for what high standards your held to everyday. Cut hours to 7 hrs a day for full time! A total waste of time waiting for it to get better. My bad!

Pros

Plenty of room and opportunity to move around and advance. Working from home is great if you're the right sort. Supportive co workers and great place to work!

Cons

Pay could be better (naturally) Training is insufficient you mostly pick things up as you go

Misinformation, systems always down, lack of senority, cannot handle the volume cause they dont want to pay.
