Cons
Customers are verbally abusive Bonus Matrix is very difficult to achieve Compliance is very difficult to adhere to. Management seeks to protect liability not employees Management does not care about customers you are servicing only about its client. Must only assist customers to the point of of getting them off the phone quickly not truly educate and resolve their concerns.
