Pros

A Steady paycheck and ability to work from home

Cons

Unprofessional management. At any time you could be on the receiving end of a temper tantrum from a company VP- full blown screaming and cursing. Also, unreasonable demands on your personal time including nights and weekends. It was not uncommon to get mundane phone calls during the night requesting information that was already documented somewhere. Mgmt is very focused on their "forecast" and the process is a nightmare. Hard to believe a technology company isnt using something more sophisticated than an excel spreadsheet with broken formulas and links to manage their revenue.

Pros

Pretty cool HQ with big multimedia room. They have ice machines and free water. Onsite gym at HQ. Secure, underground parking garage. You can watch planes takeoff and land from Centennial airport.

Cons

Way too big of a corporation. Took a minimum of 14 days to get Office installed on a new employee's laptop. That was only after getting all the appropriate signatures. Several projects were supposed to be a "start-up" within the company. The corporate philosophies and old-school management mentality hindered any sort of success. Very much a good old-boys structure there. Requested pertinent training several times. Was denied each time. Meanwhile, directors would go to every conference that was remotely IT related. Directors and above are more interested in gaining the largest office rather than the actual attrition that is very prevalent on many teams. Very antiquated review mentality. 1-5 scale. As is with most companies, no one can get a 5. TeleTech requires each manager to score at least one associate with a 1 and another with a 2. Since the merit increase and bonuses are tied to the reviews, they guarantee not everyone will get a raise or bonus. Several associates were relocated so the SVPs could have an office to put their bikes. The secure bike rack in the secured underground parking was not adequate enough for their precious bikes.

Pros

It has a very flexible schedule that is great for students who need to work full time and go to school full time

Cons

The work environment is very unprofessional. The management plays favorites and there is no room to move up unless you know someone. It is a very caddy work environment and rumors are very prominent.
