      Pros

      Training was great and intense, the work environment was very friendly, and I learned a lot about computers and multitasking. I went into TeleTech with a lot of negative experiences when it came to management and higher-up positions, but everyone at TeleTech is great. I also had great benefits for a fair price.

      Cons

      Sometimes the employees could be rather catty when it came to their clients, and one time I got Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease from an infected keyboard. Getting laid off wasn't too much fun either.

      Pros

      Great pay, promotions are always inside the center, and the work is rather easy to do.

      Cons

      The people. The customers are hard to deal with on a daily basis, as things get repetitive and getting yelled all day, everyday is annoying. The staff is generally okay. You do have to follow the rules to a "T" otherwise corrective behavior is in order. The schedules are set and it can be difficult for a college student who might need an extra day off one week, but they do try to work with you.

      Pros

      Good benefits, great people to work with.. they are just like friends. The company´s values are something really important for me. Join TeleTech, it is a great pleace to work.

      Cons

      I wish TeleTech would have more sites to apply to, there are so many people all around México that could be part of this great company.
