Pros

Management team is experienced, opportunity to work with big IT companies as Vendor

Cons

Poor Compensation & Benefits, need to do extra hour everyday and every weekend, company do not invest at itself to improve business. For a Contact Center should have a much better Telco structure.

Nice co-workers, my TL is so approachable and witty. I would have stayed if it wasnt for the schedule and the complicated account which is comcast

12 hours 4 days a week schedule, required to upsell, theyre more focus on your sales than other metrics

Reward and recognition is done on a national level and thata once per yeae.it couldve been better if we do it per site too every month.
