Team lead has incentive to be over-demanding. Bonus is often just out of reach because of tricks with quality review. Equipment is outdated, bad CRTs, poor audio quality, no limit on sound volume to protect worker. Expect some bad behavior from co-workers. Training and professional relationship is often set to lowest level of co-workers--disappointing if you are experienced and professional. I'm referring to a big temporary project, but I worked here before and things weren't much better.

The expectations of the project I supported became exponentally higher the entire time I worked there. There was no pattern of raising expectations. I was let go for not meeting the new higher metrics in three months even though I improved each month on my way to meet the new lofty goals.
