      Great company for first job, awful Sr Management

      Pros

      There are actual career opportunities Health plan for managers was best in market You get a "job well done" every once in a while

      Cons

      The career opportunities are usually delivered to "friends of..." The health plan/ benefit package for any other employee is awful, you need to become a manager to get something decent. The "job well done" is never coming along with a raise or any other incentive.

      Pros

      They were generally understanding of requests for time off and accommodating of schedule constraints. Bonuses were generous when they were available.

      Cons

      Goals would change but this wasn't communicated to employees until after the fact, during coaching. There was a lack of follow-up on customer escalations by management. There was a harshly punitive attitude towards employees.

      A company with possibilities and great tools that could be a great employer but at the moment better is given a miss

      The current management team is inexperienced or not the right people for the job. The stronger team has been moved out of the way or decided to leave on their own.
