      Pros

      Learn very valuable knowledge in Google Adwords from Google. Work with different people, in house and at the agencies we support.

      Cons

      Having your position and worth summed up as "cheap labor" is a bad start. If you have any ambitions of moving up to a manager role, good luck. Every time there is a position open, it is very obvious who is the "chosen" one is. If you are not the chosen one, you are waisting your time and everyone else's time by applying. This is very evident when the chosen one is introduced to new staff and other people as the new manager while the interview process is still going on.

      Pros

      The work from home training for the program I was on was good. Our trainer was awesome and very available to us if we were having difficulties.

      Cons

      Constant system errors, I mean , constant! There is a lot they don't tell you before training, they wait until you go into nesting. Your schedule can change in a moment's notice. They put you on the phones when you're still not feeling prepared and they don't pay enough attention to the Skype messages to help you in a timely manner with policy or tech issues.

      Pros

      Work for API ONLY!!! It's the only job with it there. One of the few insurances jobs without a sales requirement and it pays much better than most customer service positions. Plus, if you leave, at least you're licensed.

      Cons

      TTEC is poorly managed, has very inconsistent rules, and keeps trying to create great 3rd party reps instead of EXCELLENT insurance agents.
