      Pros

      As people in this company is not smart, you have total freedom to do whatever you want from a technology perspective.

      Cons

      No vacations, working late, company is not performing well, low salary, managers are there because they just survived and supported the pain of working there, not because their skills. It's sad to see people like that in a manager position.
