Pros

Amazing company to work for. Still has that small company feel, even though TeleTech purchased it. Great pay. Ability to work from home. Definitely a work/life balance focused company.

Cons

Benefits are a little lacking because TeleTech (parent company) is mostly Call Center employees, so the "higher level" jobs suffer in that department. The parent company tries to enforce "policies" that don't really fit with eLoyalty's goals or "vibe"

Pros

I will hand it to Teletech, there really is a lot of potential to be the first to play with new technologies. There are a lot of great people there that try to do the right things. Many departments at Teletech afford employees a great environment; just don't expect it in IT.

Cons

Although you get to enjoy great new technologies, you are never allotted the time or the budget to really invest time into learning the technologies. It's incredibly common for one to be asked to immediately implement a technology into production with very little knowledge or training on how the product is to be used. Senior Management in IT is also very well known for not battling for their reports, direct management is often good at supporting their reports, but are immediately trumped by Sr. Management. It's quite obvious as well that the company rarely recognizes their employees' contributions.
