      Pros

      Multiple Clients in different industries, Training on going, Health Insurance after you are made permanent, Paid Training, PTO, some Holiday Pay but not time and a half. Weekends Off

      Cons

      Low Pay, Slow work System of the client not ttec, when customer's ask for a manager, you are expected to de-escalate and no one ever wants to take the call.
