Great place to work but needs some improvement.

Pros

The reason why I am staying with Teletech is because of the people that I worked and currently working with. Leaders leads us properly and are treating us as family. Co-workers are also the same. Another reason is the stability of the company.

Cons

There are two reasons why sometimes I am thinking of resigning. First, compensation - our salary package was so low compare to the offer of other companies. My current salary is the same as the salary that an agent has. Second is, the company has a boring/not effective way on appreciating their employees. Other companies has a lot of big things preparing for their employees especially during Christmas and anniversaries (employment. I know you can do better. I hope this survey will be read and will be considered because I've been with Teletech for more than 7 years and always answering surveys and putting the same comment but I never see any changes.

Accessibility of office to and from my place of residency Flexible working hours; dayshift with RD of Sat and Sun Great friends in the workplace

Cons

Unequal benefits and pay- some employees with higher pay and benefits don't have the same weight of workload as we are.
