Fast paced working environment in Fort Worth

Cons

No diversity in their hiring practices, really poor leadership in the HR department with an Executive team that doesn’t seem to care that they have massive turnover issues. Doesn’t support their people ( will throw anyone under the bus) emotionally immature leaders who like to micromanage. Really poor leadership but they do tend to hire good people but underpay them and they leave

Never worked a place this bad. Leadership is horrible. They don’t care about the employees. They know things are bad and they don’t do anything about it and brush things under the rug. Not a diverse workforce
