Secure Essential Business. Benefits are okay. A Berkshire Hathaway company (Cool discounts)

Cons

Low pay. Understaffed Technically. They retain bad resources with toxic attitudes. TTI fails to invest in local IT resources. Don Akery should leave it to his executive management team, the experts, to lead.

Work-life balance. Management respects your time.

Cons

80% of the employees at TTI are just there to collect a paycheck. They will withhold information to protect their job slowing the company and projects down. You expect some of this at any large company, but years of hiring within to positions that people are not knowledgable about has held the company back tremendously.

Good people that try very hard.

Cons

Offices are cubes in a big open floor that once was a warehouse. Very noisy and not conducive to work. Lack of clear objects for pricing model group. Ineffective management that doesn't know what it wants.
