Pros

The people at TTI Texas are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered. They welcome you in as one of the family which is evidence that they do live by the company mission. The history of TTI is very inspirational, the success of one man and how he embraced his employees which only added to the company success.

Cons

So far I have not encountered any downsides of working at TTI Texas. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be part of the family.

This company is a great place to work. The pay is fair, the people are knowledgeable, the company is reputable. There are opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Training needs improved. Travel opportunity made available to the middle man needs improvement.

Pros

Great collaboration from team members and team leads within BDG. Management is sure to reward great performances in terms of portfolio/ account growth. Very professional environment and approachable upper management

Cons

Training is good but it doesn't really prepare you as much to be able to use their quotation system. Computers are old and are in need of upgrades
