Pros

Financially very stable company. Strong focus on growth and profiability. Very loyal to suppliers. Constant drive for sales teams to gain success. Sales Employees get room for improving their performance. High Quality of work. Ethics, Code-of-Conduct and core values are well respected. Able to invest in customer requirements and stock.

Cons

Locally high workload, unbalanced knowledge levels. Benefits and secondary work contract terms are below country average. Limited career possibilities. Corporate growth strategy impedes personal growth. Increase of # of product lines and markets served results in lesser quality of knowledge of staff as # staff does not increase in same pace. Company is lagging on modern employership, neither local HR or HRM strategy nor presence. Corporate strategy impedes local freedom to act and decide on NBO's. Too asset management driven. ERP and MRP software are outdated and ICT plans are lagging. Limited support nor understanding for employees to increase work/life balance. High rotation of staff.

Pros

Their mission statement actually means something. It's not just a plaque on the wall. The founder and management team, really do care about their employees, both professionally and personally. Stabile company that doesn't lay off a bunch of people whenever there is a downturn. Great industry to be in for the long hall.

Cons

IT systems are dated, though they seem to be talking about improvements. Career planning and development is not formalized and therefore, inconsistent.
