- Stability - a lot of employees have been with the company for lengthy amounts of time ( 5-20+ years ). No Layoffs during any economic downturns. - Good work life balance. - Friendly co workers. - Generous time off, holidays.

Long time for promotions. Small yearly salary pay increases.
