Pros

Good people, good projects, lots of locations

Cons

No middle management, principals don’t have time to teach, lots of silos, growing pains from adding service lines and offices, politics… though a lot of these issues you’d probably see at a typical consulting firm

Pros

The pay is good. The pay raises are usually very good and regular. The people are great, and everyone is very nice and professional.

Cons

Because of the industry, hours can be relatively irregular and at odd hours. This is not a condemnation of the company but more the industry that it is in.
