Good Benefits. Management is very understanding when time off is needed for any reason. Employee morale is generally very good. Good place to get experience then move on.

Cons

While there is room for career advancement in other departments at TTL there is no room for career advancement in the Chem Lab. Chemistry lab building is run down and not an appropriate facility for the output. Raises are paltry (when given). There was a couple year span where NO raises were given. Very little praise or thanks is given for a job well done. While other departments at TTL make salaries that are comparable to other companies the Chem Lab department is not treated the same as the rest of the company. High turnover rate for mid 20's aged mid-level employees because of salary deficiencies (across whole company).
