1) When interviewed manager promised for training and support, but none was given 2) Management is bad, so called leads does not have people management skills 3) Not so visible but subtle racism is also present

I found TTM in the beginning of my year with them to be very allowable for one who is intellectually driven to be very rewarding for me personally.

Cons

Later above supervisors, as some were replaced, were both trying to imply secretive ploys and punished others for getting caught with being honest, to the point that politics were used to remove those who wanted to intellectualize aspects of their job.
