Pros

Stable company, even during economic downturns over the last several years.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Toxic work place. Very little communication from upper management and lower management to the employees. Bullying, harassment, and intimidation from management and longer tenured employees. Worked 60-70 hours a week, 7 days a week. Only 2 or 3 days off a month, including federal holidays.
