This place has a lot of safety violations that they cover up when OSHA visits. From lose floor boards, to eye wash stations not being placed on the wall( on the shelf under things is where mine was in my work area), to broken and exposed machinery, and so much more. They do not care about your safety and you are only a warm body for them. I experienced high levels of sexism from management. Abe was the absolute worst and if you ever have to deal with him.. I'm sorry. As a woman, I felt like I didn't belong there and was made evident that I would be stuck in my position with no options for advancements. Overall, stay away from them and there are much better manufacturing tech jobs to go to.
