      Pros

      Good, down to earth people. Good IT leadership that supports their people and understands where they need to go to support their business stakeholders

      Cons

      Tough being new in this environment. Most employees have been there for awhile and it takes a lot to get them to work with you (let you in) and garner their trust.

      Pros

      TTX is definitely a salute to the past as far as how they actually care about their employees. Solid benefits (as noted by other reviewers) and in our department, flexible hours.

      Cons

      The company really has a mix of old and new employees now. There's a benefit where both can learn from each other. The only con would be typical human nature -- the longer term employees tend to like the way things are and are sometimes not open to new ideas.
