Pros

The insurance and retirement is awesome. Occasional company cookouts. A safety allowance every year. Competitive pay.

Cons

There are serious favoritism and retaliation issues at the North Augusta plant. The promoting of relatives and friends has spiraled out of control. I've noticed that an employees potential, work ethics, and experience come in second versus a relative. The most important rule to remember here... Don't ask questions about concerns or anything in general for that matter. You will be retaliated on. Get your 30 years and get out on the first train smokin'.

Pros

The benefits provided are better than any other company I have worked for, great health insurance coverage, paid vacation your first year, a health club on-site. The work is varied and interesting, there are training classes held regularly to encourage active learning and talent development programs and opportunities.

Cons

The company allows for some flexible work schedules, but for the most part it is department and manager driven.

Pros

The loyalty TTX has to their employees is not common to find in other companies nowadays. There is a true commitment to career growth and hiring new or existing employees with a plan for success and further growth. Benefits offered here are lavish and you will not find this type of package anywhere else. TTX is also committed to philanthropy, and even allows us to help decide on agencies and causes to support.

Cons

TTX might have an "old soul" feel to some, but I think it is part of the charm. I feel like I come to work with extended family everyday.
