Great benefits not offered by other agencies in this field. Making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, competitive pay within the industry, flexible schedule, fun coworkers, the individuals you get to support.

Cons

Long work hours at times, office culture, resistance to change in some areas, heavy workload, don’t feel appreciated at times.
