The people that I work with at TURN are exceptional! The staff and clients are amazing and I couldn't imagine being this happy working for another company. They have been extremely flexible with me and certain circumstances as long as I communicated with them clearly and effectively exactly what my plans and expectations were they were willing to work with me through some pretty difficult times. I really appreciated that. I have seen the management team go above and beyond in trying to find creative ways to support DSP's. Overall I feel like they try to have a positive work environment and support each other.
Cons
Salary. This is common for pretty much all human service jobs though, it is definitely not TURN specific and in the years that I have been here I have sen how hard TURN has tried to raise pay rates for DSP's. It is appreciated, unfortunately though, the pay rate is still not enough to keep up with increasing cost of living rates our country is seeing.
