Government job, very boring, few challenge

The culture for TVA nuclear is not what you’d expect for a nuclear company. There’s no room for growth unless you are part of the food ole boys club. And If you’re part of a minority group, there’s nothing you can do to be part of that club and the people will treat you so bad, you will leave. Diversity is only talked about but not followed. There’s a lot of backstabbing, no accountability for bad behavior, and a lot of bullying. This occurs at all levels of the organization.
