Great Vision and Mission, great benefits and solid salary compared to local industry.

Cons

Management is not known for being frank and clear in feedback. Performance suffers across most business units as a result. There are no stock options for high performers and I am highly skeptical of the company's "Winning Performance" program, an incentive program. While I haven't been here long, I get the sense that high performers are not rewarded appropriate because everyone has to get something, if those who are retired in place..

Pros

the benefits are great and health is included they also spend extensive time training you for the position that you are about to be working in and even help you understand the nuclear environment

Cons

the position forces you to join a union where the members at the top do little work and the younger members do the majority of the work and either are paid the least or are passed over for promotion because they are not well connected and the pay is horrible
