      Interned for the company. I learned a lot, but could do without all the inefficiencies.

      Pros

      If you want off, no problem. Pay is decent, nice bonus for managers. Holidays are abundant. If you work in a good group, there are many more benefits.

      Cons

      The inefficiencies that only seem to be present in government work. So much red tape, its ridiculous. In the private world, TVA would be half the size and do more work, but so many employees are there to punch a clock.

      Not much to compliment this organization on with regard to how it treats and respects it's most loyal and hard working employees.

      Cons

      This company has a proven track record of unethically treating employees who have excellently served the organization for years. They play favoritism with key parties at the expense of hard working, dedicated and loyal employees.
